Built on the Palm,
for the people who live here.
Palm Estate was founded in 2011 by two partners who had each bought, renovated and sold their own homes on the Palm, and who kept being asked by neighbours to do the same for them. The firm has grown to six people and no further, by design: every instruction is handled personally by a partner from the first conversation to the day the keys change hands.
We work Dubai’s prime addresses – Palm Jumeirah first, then Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Bay, Dubai Hills, Downtown and the Marina – and most of what we place never reaches a portal. Owners come to us because they would rather one right buyer than a thousand viewings; buyers come to us because the homes they want are rarely the ones being advertised.
Palm Holidays grew out of the same relationships. The owners who trust us to sell their homes trust us to let them, for a week or a season, to guests who will treat them as their own, with a partner on call throughout.
