When you enquire through this site, by email, by telephone or on WhatsApp, we keep what you give us: your name, your contact details, the message you send and any preferences you share about the kind of home you are looking for.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, and keep you informed about opportunities you have asked us about. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising by third parties.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared only where a service you have asked for requires it, for example with a developer, a conveyancer or a mortgage adviser, and only with your knowledge. Our service providers, such as the company that hosts this site, process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as the law and our regulator require.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@palmestate.ae and we will respond promptly.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Maps on our contact and property pages are provided by Google, which may set cookies under its own policy when a map is shown.
